What role will you play?
In this role, you will help support the global assurance book of work, through planning and performing deep-dive reviews of our existing finance control processes and presenting to management key findings and rmendations; maintenance of our Integrated Assurance Plan; and assessment of upstream issues on financial reporting. This is an opportunity for you to provide valuable insights supporting ourmodities Global Markets Finance stakeholders on the ongoingpliance of our policies, standards and frameworks. In this interesting and rewarding role, you gain exposure to senior leaders in Macquarie and collaborate with key stakeholders in Financial Management group,modities and Global Markets Group and Risk Management Group.
What you offer
1. A background as a chartered accountant
2. You have experience in internal audit, controls based external audit or similar assurance role
3. Ability to and confidence in memo and report writing to senior audiences
4. Think laterally, problem solve and grasp abstract concepts andplex situations
5. Strongmunicator with solid stakeholder management skills
6. Strong planner and always meet deadlines
7. Demonstrated curiosity (the ability to challenge the status quo) and have a willingness to learn with good attention to detail
8. Ability to and confidence in memo and report writing to senior audiences
9. Think laterally, problem solve and grasp abstract concepts andplex situations.
