Project Manager - Infrastructure Development
The role of the Project Manager is a critical one, responsible for overseeing the execution of infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This involves managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.
This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, preferably in heavy civil infrastructure projects valued at $25M+. The successful candidate will have experience working on federal projects with DOD/USACE/NAVFAC, and be proficient in Primavera P6.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, including design, engineering, construction, and closeout. They will also oversee project teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery;
* Oversight of project teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors;
* Coordination with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met;
* Identification and mitigation of project risks and issues;
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management;
* 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil infrastructure projects valued at $25M+;
* Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or Professional Registration (PMP, PE) preferred;
* Experience working on federal projects with DOD/USACE/NAVFAC strongly desired;
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office products required;
* Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English required;
* Secret or above Security Clearance strongly desired.
