The exciting opportunity
Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of resident care, wellbeing, and experience
Lead a diverse team of nurses, support, therapy, and hospitality staff with a collaborative and empowering approach
Ensure staffing levels, professional development, and service innovation support best practice
Manage budgeting, funding, and compliance documentation, plus ensure timely submissions and accurate reporting
Cultivate harmonious relationships with residents, staff, families, and external stakeholders including auditors and community groups
Participate in strategic planning and drive improvements that uphold accreditation standards and policies

About you
AHPRA Registered Nurse – (Desirable, not essential)
Demonstrated success in managing staff and resources in a residential aged care setting
Confident financial acumen and familiarity with budgeting, funding requirements, rostering, and HR processes
Excellent interpersonal and written communication, and ability to resolve conflict constructively
Available to provide after-hours on-call support as needed
Driver's License, National Police Clearance, and aged care sector checks required
Commitment to safeguarding young people and promoting a safe environment for all
