We're seeking an organised and confident
Operations Supervisor
to support daily branch operations. You'll lead staff, manage resources, and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
About the Role
Lead operational staff and ensure adherence to procedures
Manage fleet, warehouse and labour to meet customer needs efficiently
Coordinate deliveries, collections and services for maximum productivity
Handle general admin, incoming enquiries and daily operational issues
Monitor safety, report equipment faults and maintain a safe workplace
Review labour productivity, verify timesheets and contractor invoices
Assist with customer service issues and job paperwork quality
About You
Strong organisational and planning skills
Professional, reliable and team-focused
Excellent communication and customer service
Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly
Strong time management and attention to detail
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
Previous experience in a logistics environment
A proven track record of overachievement in planning and scheduling
