The Firm
Our client is a boutique law firm. They partner with start-ups, SMEs, larger corporations and individuals to provide assisting them with the commercial, business and intellectual property needs.

The Role
This role has come about due to growth and an insight into the role will see you:
* advising on TMs and intellectual property rights
* advising on privacy
* advising on consumer law issues
* drafting agreements such as supply and distribution agreements
* reviewing T&Cs
* drafting disclosure statements
* advising on indemnities and warranties
You will have client contact from day 1.
About You
The ideal candidate will have;
* at least 18 months to 4 years pae in the area of commercial law (TM and intellectual property experience is advantageous
* strong drafting and technical skills
* a commercial set
* be enthusiastic and a team player
