About the Role
As Head Barista/Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring every cup and customer interaction meets our high standards. You’ll take the lead on coffee quality, team coordination, and the overall running of the café, fostering a positive workplace culture and an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Coffee & Quality
* Prepare and serve specialty coffee to the highest standard.
* Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and service.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and brewing techniques.
Leadership & Team Development
* Supervise, train, and support baristas to achieve their best.
* Create a positive, collaborative, and fun team culture.
Customer Experience
* Deliver warm, professional service to every guest.

Stock & Operations
* Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
