Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Monumental Draftsman role based in Sylvania, NSW. The Monumental Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and designs for monuments, headstones, and related memorial products. Duties include:
* Collaborating with clients to translate their needs into custom designs
* Using drafting software to create precise specifications, and ensuring design accuracy for manufacturing
* Coordinating with craftsmen and suppliers
* Maintain organized records of designs, orders, and revisions
* Assist office staff with administrative tasks and day-to-day support
Qualifications
* Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD or similar tools
* Experience in technical drawing ad design
* Knowledge of monument design, materials, and manufacturing processes is preferred but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical specifications
* Ability to collaborate with clients, suppliers, and other team members to develop personalised designs
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
