Join the team at Capitol Bar & Grill Bring your skills, passion and knowledge for cooking premium local produce to the team. The menu has a strong proteins focus, cooked over the wood-fired grill. The menu is designed around premium steak offering, complimented by fresh seafood and sides.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience working in a restaurant, bistro or hotel.
* Experience on different sections including grill, larder and pans.
* Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices.
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen while maintaining high standards.
* Passion for creating good food and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude
