We are currently seeking casual **Baristas** to join our exotic and fun-loving team - **The Melbourne Zoo**, and we are looking for someone with exceptional passion for the bean!
**About the Role**:
- This is a high-volume position, grinding up to 10 kg per day, in both takeaway and sit-down coffees
- A high-end clientele who enjoys latte art
- Repeat customers who love a friendly face
- Calibrating the espresso machine to optimise quality of the product
- Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency

- You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for a supreme customer experience
- You get to know your regulars and know their order by heart
- You love a chat and can demonstrate assurance around your coffee expertise
