About the Role
This position is focused on promoting participation in Australian Rules football, specifically targeting community programs such as Community Football, NAB AFL Auskick and others.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer experiences through best-in-class delivery of these programs.
* They will work with junior clubs and schools to recruit participants, manage volunteers and develop coaching protocols.
* An additional responsibility includes conducting promotional activities to meet participant targets, ensuring each program is delivered safely and inclusively for all participants.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Serve as a key point of contact for junior clubs, assisting with recruitment efforts while also providing support with volunteer management strategies.
