About the role
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing and administering contracts to ensure high quality delivery of projects on time, as planned, and exceeding customer expectations.
This position is an initial 9-month contract to cover a maternity-leave absence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Preparation of commercial contract reviews on awarded contracts
* Maintaining and completing project workflows, from the start of the project to the end including set-up, auditing, reporting against budget and cashflow
* Variation claims control administration, approval, and lodgement to the client
* Prepare, maintain, and process subcontracts
* Liaise with project managers and clients
* Liaise with major subcontractors and suppliers
* Claims entry, invoicing, and RCTI management
* Accounts receivable reporting and collection
* Document management
* Project finalisation
Skills and Experience:
* Contract Administration Experience minimum of 2 years
* Superior communication skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience within the industry
* Highly developed organisational skills
