We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to coordinate rosters for our public safety agency in Rockhampton. This role involves working closely with staff and management to develop and implement operational rosters, validate timesheets, and facilitate effective communication regarding roster and leave arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the development of operational rosters that meet business needs and comply with organizational policies
* Validate timesheets submitted by staff to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations
* Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding roster changes, leave arrangements, and other HR-related matters
