About You
The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter. You must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and professionally to new and evolving situations while showcasing your initiative, prioritisation and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. High attention to detail is a must, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will have:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
2. 1-2 years’ experience in consumer or travel marketing (desirable)
3. Experience in implementing tactical marketing and communication plans
4. Experience working across multi-brand environments (highly desirable)
5. Demonstrated understanding and use of the digital technologies and media
6. Proven success in executing and optimising multiple marketing campaigns
7. Data driven approach to above the line and digital marketing campaigns
8. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience highly desirable
9. Basic experience with Wordpress and Google Analytics would be desirable
Exposure in the travel or hospitality industry is highly desirable.

About The Role
Support and assist the Marketing & Communications team to develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns, through the development of engaging all round marketing executions; advertising across all channels including digital, press, magazines, outdoor, social and email marketing.
Key responsibilities will include:
10. Support the Marketing Manager with campaign planning, execution, tracking and reporting
11. Work collaboratively with the in-house design team on assets to ensure campaign creative is rolled out in adherence to brand guidelines
12. Ensure website content is up to date and aligned with campaign communication and initiatives
13. Developing and coordinating a detailed email marketing schedule
14. Email marketing tracking and reporting
15. Contributing to the development and rollout of guest facing branding, signage and printed collateral
16. Contributing to pre-departure guest communications, including emails and travel updates
17. Assisting in the organizing and execution of events, activations and media famils
18. Assisting with the creation of high quality, engaging content for digital channels, including social media and website
