This leadership role calls for an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong commitment to student wellbeing, and a proactive approach to driving strategic improvement in the areas of behaviour, attendance, social-emotional learning, and academic engagement.As the Program Coordinator – Student Services, you would provide strategic leadership in developing, implementing, and evaluating proactive and integrated systems of support for students. Oversee the establishment of consistent whole-school processes that empower staff to respond effectively to student behaviour, attendance, wellbeing, and learning needs. Lead and support the Student Services team, including staff from diverse professional backgrounds, ensuring a cohesive team and operations aligned with role responsibilities. Collaborate with all school stakeholders to ensure school-wide approaches that foster staff and student wellbeing. The successful applicant will be a leader in restorative practices and trauma informed approaches.
