We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented sales professional to support the day-to-day sales activities of Pain Clinic Australia, a subsidiary of MHC. This role is suited for someone in the early developing stage of their sales career who is ready to take on increased responsibility, gain leadership exposure, and build a long-term pathway toward a Sales Manager position.
Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) : Base Salary with Performance-Driven Commissions, Bonus, and Incentive Programs
You can earn up to AUD 100,000+ per year
Base Salary: AUD65,000
Commission: As a percentage of sales (achieve AUD50,000+)
Lucrative team-based sales incentives

Qualifications
* 3+ years of Telesales experience; experience in the health-related field is a plus
* Proven experience in sales, business development, and lead generation
* Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Strategic mindset with financial planning and sales forecasting competencies
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily sales operations and business development activities
* Coordinate with clients and patients regarding treatment program subscriptions and insurance options for pain and chronic pain management
* Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM management
* Prepare sales and performance reports
* Provide day-to-day support to sales team members as needed
* Work closely with the executives and leadership team to support sales growth.
