About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Factory Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders, performing quality assurance on customer orders, using drop saws and fabric cutting machinery, and completing other general factory duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing orders in a timely manner
* Performing quality assurance checks on customer orders
* Using drop saws and fabric cutting machinery
* Completing other general factory duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Self-motivation and a proactive approach
* Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to long-term employment
* The ability to lift and move up to 20kg
* Experience in factory, manufacturing, or pick/packing roles
* Comfort using a walking stacker and a drop saw
* A valid driver's license for van deliveries (not always necessary)

Work Environment
You will be working in a quiet warehouse setting, away from direct customer interactions. Occasionally, you may need to unload trucks, which can be a busy time of day.
Dress Code
General factory attire with steel-cap shoes is required for safety.
