Job Description
* Design and deliver enhancements and new initiatives across the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.
* Translate business requirements into well-architected, sustainable application solutions.
* Develop and implement integrations and improvements using Microsoft-recommended best practices.
* Lead technical analysis and solution design for platform enhancements and remediation activities.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery partners to shape and prioritise initiatives.
* Support testing, deployments, and post-implementation validation to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement across the application landscape.
* Contribute to application standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing to support long-term platform evolution.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Dynamics 365 F&O Developer should have:
* 5+ years of hands-on development experience with D365 F&O (or AX 2012).
* Proven track record of managing and delivering complex D365 F&O solutions.
* Experience with Microsoft DevOps, Visual Studio, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
* Deep understanding of D365 F&O customization and extension development.
* Proficiency in Visual Studio, SSRS Development, and Azure integrations.
* Experience with data migration, integration, and system upgrades.
* Familiarity with Power Platform tools: Logic Apps and Power Automate.
