About the role

The Scrum Master is a servant leader who will enable their teams to self‐organise, self‐manage, and deliver. The role will focus on helping team members communicate, coordinate, and cooperate and ultimately to guide teams and aide them in meeting their delivery goals.

A key aspect of the role will be building a high performing team culture to ensure delivery outcomes are achieved and sustainable, and that productivity increases as the team evolves.

The Scrum Master National Systems Development ICT will provide capabilities for several National Lifeblood solutions provided for Federal and State based health agencies that have significant change and development programs both underway and planned.

This role may require after‐hours support on a rotating roster basis.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience working in an Agile environment (preferably SAFe).
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of service catalogues, service levels and operational level agreements.
  • Ability to conduct all Agile ceremonies (Iteration / Sprint Planning, Stand‐ups, Showcases, Retrospective, etc) ensuring they are productive and have clear outcomes.
  • Experience undertaking business analysis activities (requirements elicitation, process mapping, story creation etc).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Robust Leadership and coaching skills.
  • Experience using Atlassian and/or Azure DevOps tools and workflows.
