We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated IT Support Officer to join a friendly close-knit team at a trainee level.

About the Role
Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager you will provide first level support for employees on a day to day basis. You will have a natural aptitude towards IT, learning and the ability to think analytically with strong customer service skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Be the first point of contact for IT support issues across the group
Onboard and offboard users and objects in Active Directory and Office365
Purchase, configure and support PCs, laptops, terminals, mobile devices & printers
Prepare and keep updated new user induction material
Conduct of face to face and remote inductions & training for new users or as required
Proactively document procedures and maintain IT records
Monitor and administer IT Helpdesk system and channel and provide support to the IT Support Team

Knowledge of IT hardware and its configurations
IT troubleshooting knowledge
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
