Working hours - 7 am to 7pm
Work Type - Hybrid, 3 days from office and 2 days from home
Location - Perth, Western Australia
What You'll Do
* Deliver exceptional, timely, and empathetic customer service.
* Assist clients with scheduling mental health and wellbeing appointments.
* Provide accurate information about services (EAP, Triage, Management Consultation, Critical Incident Support, etc.).
* Ensure full compliance with quality assurance and administration procedures.
* Maintain discretion and handle sensitive, confidential information professionally.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role (highly desirable).
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office/email, CRM systems).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to be empathetic, resilient, and flexibility to work anytime between 7 am to 7 pm.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Capacity to manage complex health matters while maintaining emotional separation.
