You will be an Insolvency Litigation Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level.
Your new role
Will see you work on secured recoveries, non-lending loss disputes, and complex insolvency cases. Enjoy a balance of autonomy on certain matters and collaborative engagement on larger-scale disputes.
Act in State, Federal, and appellate jurisdictions advising your bank, lender and insolvency clients.
Working on a range of insolvency matters, both advisory and litigious; ability to collaborate Nationally.
