Cafe Duty Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a duty manager. As the face of our cafe, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction
* Day-to-day running of the cafe
* Assisting in training and supervising staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency
* Overseeing inventory management, ordering supplies and maintaining cleanliness
* Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Opening and closing the cafe, including end-of-day reconciliation
* Producing high-quality coffee at a fast pace
* Maintaining smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen
* Ensuring food safety and occupational health and safety standards are met
We require a team player with strong leadership and communication skills, honesty, integrity, reliability, and exceptional barista skills. A Food Safety certificate is essential.
The role requires weekday and weekend availability, with a rotating roster and public holidays included.
