Job Description
We have a Human Resource Advisor contract opportunity with a QLD Government organisation, based on the Gold Coast! As an HR Advisor, you will deliver high-quality HR services supporting workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff development, and conduct matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on HR policies, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
Deliver HR briefings and presentations to staff and leadership
Research legislation and HR trends
Support organisational development, culture, and workforce capability initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
About you:
Experience providing HR management services and advice to leaders within an operational environment
