The Opportunity
Join us as a Lands Administration Officer and help shape the future of Western Australia's coastal and marine environments. In this role, you'll contribute to the land assembly and tenure processes that underpin major transport and maritime projects across one of the world's largest and most unique coastlines. As part of the Transport Portfolio Land and Property Services (TPLPS), you'll work closely with specialist teams to formalise land tenure, prepare essential documentation, and support project delivery that enhances safe, sustainable use of navigable waters.
TPLPS brings together land tenure and property management specialists from within the greater Transport Portfolio including Main Roads, the Public Transport Authority and DTMI. You may also be required to attend the Maritime Office located in Fremantle from time to time.

There is 1 fixed term position available for immediate filling until the 30th of June 2027 with the possibility of extension(s) or permanency.

About you
* Apply sound land administration knowledge across Crown and Freehold matters.
* Navigate legislative and procedural requirements to support land tenure decisions.
* Build productive relationships with stakeholders across government and industry.
* Analyse land, property and project issues using strong research and problem‑solving skills.
* Prepare clear reports, documentation and advice to inform project and tenure outcomes.
