Procurement & Inventory Assistant - Full-Time

This permanent position replaces a team member taking maternity leave, offering long-term stability and a clear pathway into a procurement focused career. You'll work closely with a supportive Finance Manager who will guide your development and help you gain confidence across purchasing, stock coordination, and system management.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating incoming containers and managing delivery schedules
Supporting inventory control across a wide and varied product range
Creating, maintaining, and updating accurate SKUs
Ensuring internal systems are aligned and data remains consistently accurate
Assisting with reporting and documentation
Working closely with the Finance Manager and key internal stakeholders
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
A proactive, reliable, and organised approach to work
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of procurement or inventory processes
Mandarin language skills are highly regarded
Experience in construction, manufacturing, timber, or related industries is preferred
A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
