**Job Title:** Senior Warehousing Specialist
This position plays a key role in ensuring warehouse inventory is effectively managed within the group's governance framework while meeting operational needs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in inventory and warehouse management, with a qualification in supply chain preferably in inventory or warehousing. They will be proficient in Excel and inventory management software, with excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders verbally and in writing.
The successful candidate will also possess an unrestricted "C" class driver's licence and be able to travel to site as required to lead warehouse improvements and support requirements.

* Develop and implement warehouse management systems to ensure consistency and transparency across the business.
* Governance of warehousing processes to ensure operations are aligned.
* Monitor and improve warehouse performance through regular and ad-hoc reporting.
* Provide ongoing training on warehouse procedures and systems.
* Coordinate warehouse mobilisation and demobilisation tasks.
* Support continuous improvement projects and provide technical knowledge to support warehouse operations.
* Support warehouse operations reviews and audits.
