**Change Analyst**

**An exciting opportunity for a Change Analyst has become available working within a sought-after government department With a high rate and contract length with potential to extend**
**Your Role**:
As the Change Analyst you will work direct across a large Cyber Security Uplift, which is a 3-year program at the end of its first year.
You will be responsible for supporting the Program's change management activities to ensure that the people side of the change is effectively addressed.
You will work alongside the Change Manager on the program's cyber security awareness activities and will focus on the Identity Governance Administration or other initiatives within the program.
**Your Requirements and Duties**:
- You will work in line with the PROSCI ADKAR methodology;
- You will play a key role in helping the program meet business, schedule and budget objectives
- You will coordinate change management activities, using the appropriate channels and approval process
- As a main focus you will work closely with stakeholders and implement change management plans
- You will work to drive faster adoption, greater utilisation and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees
- You will contribute to the Change Management plan
- You will implement the change approach and associated plans
**Your Desirable Skills**:
- Change management experience, in an IT project or program of work
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
- Change Management certification or relevant experience
- Experience within the NSW Government Sector / Public Service will be desirable
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (i.e PROSCI)
- Familiarity with project management approaches
