As we continue to grow nationally, we’re now looking for an IT Recruiter to join our expanding Perth-based team. It’s an exciting time to come on board and play a key role in shaping our next chapter.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with tech-focused clients
* Identify new business opportunities within the IT sector
* Source, screen, and interview high-quality technical candidates
* Write compelling job adverts and manage job postings
* Coordinate interviews and manage feedback processes
* Negotiate offers and close placements
* Achieve monthly billing and activity targets

What You’ll Bring
* Previous recruitment or B2B sales experience
* Strong understanding of technology roles and terminology (or willingness to learn quickly)
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
* Target-driven and financially motivated
* Resilient, proactive, and highly organised
* Ability to build long-term client and candidate relationships
