Pool Attendant - Casual
Level 1 - $31.14 to $41.51 per hour (including Casual Loading) + 12% superannuation
The Role
The Town of Port Hedland is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our Port Hedland Leisure team as a Pool Attendant on a Casual basis.
As a Pool Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members of the public. You'll assist with pool supervision, customer service, and the setup of aquatic programs and events.
This hands-on role also involves maintaining equipment, supporting lifeguards, and ensuring the facility is presented to a high standard - all while promoting a positive experience for all users.
The successful applicant will be expected to operate as an effective team member by assisting in operational activities within our Port Hedland Leisure - swimming pools facilities. You will need to demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
* Current Bronze Medallion or Lifeguard Award
* Current Provide First Aid Certificate qualification
* National Police Clearance
* Current 'C' class drivers license
* Rights to work in Australia
