Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily office operations and act as the first point of contact for office matters
* Handle invoicing, bookkeeping (Xero), payroll processing, and basic finance support
* Oversee expense management, insurance, and office registrations
* Support engineers in project administration and general business operations
* Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding and office OH&S compliance
* Organize monthly management meetings, including minute-taking
* Ensure the office runs smoothly - monitor supplies, liaise with accountants, and support overall efficiency
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in administration, office management, or business support
* Basic accounting knowledge (experience with Xero is a plus)
* Strong MS Office skills - Confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills - Clear, professional, and proactive
* Self-motivated & highly organized - Comfortable working autonomously in a standalone role
* A friendly and approachable personality - Someone who enjoys working with a supportive and genuinely nice team
