We are currently seeking an experienced Night Shift Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced retail / hospitality refurbishment project in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
This role would suit a hands‐on Site Manager who is confident delivering projects in live environments, coordinating trades after hours, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Role
* Manage all night shift site operations on a retail / hospitality fit‐out project
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme deadlines are met
* Maintain site safety and compliance at all times
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and key stakeholders
* Monitor quality of workmanship across all trades
* Ensure smooth handover between day and night teams where required
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail, hospitality or commercial fit‐out projects
* Strong understanding of live environment refurbishments
* Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast‐moving programme
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
* White Card essential
* First Aid preferred
* Ability to work independently and lead from the front
