You Will Possess
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes and prepare concise documents;
* Extensive experience providing executive-level support, demonstrating professionalism in managing enquiries, interpreting policies, supporting committees, and engaging with diverse stakeholders;
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, electronic diaries, databases, and other digital systems, with a proven ability to learn new tools efficiently;
* High level of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential matters, coupled with the ability to take initiative and resolve problems proactively;
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively within a team.
