They are seeking their new HR Manager for this newly created role!
- Develop, strategise and implement a new people and culture workplace strategy.
- Coordinate and run the end-to-end recruitment for internal roles.
- Partner with business units to implement retention and satisfaction strategies.
- Discuss and create positive team cultural initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders on upskilling, performance, and training programs.
- Ensure physically and psychological safety is promoted in the workplace.
