Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist

**Role Overview**
As a Corporate Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of our Board and governance frameworks. You will provide high-level administrative support to the Company Secretary and Board, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to enable informed decision making.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
* Support governance frameworks, policies, and preparation for the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and lodge statutory returns and maintain corporate registers.
* Assist with shareholder, investor, and regulator communications, including ASX announcements.
* Monitor legislative and regulatory updates, advising the Board and management on governance implications.
* Support new director induction and ongoing governance training initiatives.
* Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance activities.
* Maintain accurate records and manage sensitive documents securely.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Governance, Law, Commerce or a relevant discipline, or completion of a Corporate Governance course at the Governance Institute of Australia. Membership of the Governance Institute of Australia or the Australian Institute of Company Directors is highly regarded.
