About the Role:

The Assistant Property Manager will deliver exceptional customer experiences and coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance.


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver polished impressions to clients and visitors
* Manage tenant enquiries and resolve issues effectively
* Prepare routine condition reports and oversee property compliance
* Support leasing activities, including advertising and preparing properties for rent


Requirements:

* Previous experience in property management or a real estate support role
* A valid driver's licence
* A real estate licence or certificate
* Outstanding communication skills
