To excel in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in horticultural settings.
* A track record of delivering high-quality garden maintenance and upkeep services.
* A Certificate 3 in Horticulture or willingness to obtain one.
* The Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control (ACDC) License - desirable but not essential.
* A current driver's licence.
* Flexibility to work some shifts in different waste facilities on a rotational basis to meet contractual requirements.
