The Display Showroom Customer Service Assistant, based in Epping, St Leonards, and Waterloo showrooms, earns $35–$42 per hour.
Minimum 25 hours weekly (available to work weekends as required).
Responsibilities
* Open and close the display suite in line with company procedures and safety guidelines, ensuring the space is tidy and ready for visitors at the beginning and end of each day.
* Greet all visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring guests enjoy a high level of service and a positive, memorable experience.
* Assist in the setup and smooth running of events and promotional functions, supporting visitors and maintaining cleanliness and presentation during events.
* Maintain a clean and well‐presented showroom, performing light cleaning tasks and ensuring furniture, décor, and promotional materials are neat and in order.
* Check and maintain the coffee machine daily.
* Prepare sandwiches on request and as instructed by staff.
* Prepare and present a cheeseboard along with dips, crackers, dried fruit and nuts on request.
