**When You Will Be Needed**
This role is best suited to an individual with flexible availability to work early mornings, days and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster including weekends.
**About You**
As a Store Manager you will live our core values and ways of working, drive sales and provide an exceptional customer and team experience every day.
You will have a passion for fresh food, retail and for both team and personal development. You'll be a strong, inclusive leader and a natural communicator, with the ability to manage multiple and complex demands, timelines and budgets.
You will enjoy working as part of a fast paced team environment. Everything about you will proudly represent the Metro brand in your community. We offer variety in role, no two days are the same so you'll need to be flexible, agile and adaptable. You'll have a desire to fulfil customer shopping missions and value the reward and satisfaction that it brings.
