Member Support Consultant Job Description
The role of a Member Support Consultant is to provide exceptional customer service and support to Fitness First members. The consultant will be the first point of contact for members, handling their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The consultant will need to be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities at once, while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to Fitness First members through phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
* Develop and maintain relationships with members to increase retention and loyalty
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, marketing)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing role or similar industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Aptitude for data entry and technology
