About the role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bar Tender to join our team at the Tysons Reef Hotel in Bendigo, Victoria. This part-time role will see you serving customers in our vibrant bar, creating delicious cocktails and providing exceptional customer service. You will be an integral part of our hospitality team, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
3. Mixing and presenting creative cocktails
4. Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations
6. Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere for guests
7. Assisting with inventory management and stock control
8. Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to provide a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience as a Bar Tender or in a similar hospitality role
2. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, bartending techniques and drink preparation
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
6. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
