Key Responsibilities
* Deliver nutrition services that meet the dietary requirements of our residents, using our menu and dietary information system.
* Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure seamless food production and service standards are maintained.
* Support the Chef Manager in their absence, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality or relevant Trade qualifications.
