Job Title: Contracts Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Contracts Coordinator to provide administration and secretarial support to our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential contract management and compliance, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process listings and contracts of sale with emphasis on accuracy and compliance – sales transactions
* Prepare correspondence and communicate with solicitors on behalf of real estate agents
* Create and maintain professional relationships with clients, solicitors, and peers
* Manage trust accounts by depositing receipts and payments
* Update property records in the CRM to reflect transaction progress
* Enter price information for web display into the CRM following verification of instruction
* Conduct title searches and company searches to identify issues
* Prepare for and process settlements, including document/file management for listing, sale, and trust account records
* Active participation in team meetings, initiatives, and projects.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing
* Proficient in PEXA and knowledgeable about Queensland conveyancing laws and regulations
* Strong organizational and communication skills
