* Develop, maintain, and leverage strong customer relationships with existing and potential customers
* Lead, coach and develop all members of the external sales team to maximize their effectiveness
* Build and execute collaborative regional business plans to drive sales growth
* Exceed sales targets through effective sales management and implementation of new sales strategies and procedures
* Conduct regular fieldwork to help develop the skills of sales team members and maintain regular frontline customer contact
Key Requirements
To be successful, you will have:
* Extensive experience in people management, coaching and mentoring sales staff
* Prior experience in client visits and consistently exploring new development opportunities
* Strong communication, collaboration and relationship building skills
* Strong business development experience especially with B2B sales coupled with outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
* A valid driver's license
