About This Role:
A Procurement Specialist is required to manage the sourcing and procurement of goods and services for a major infrastructure project in western Sydney.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify and engage suitable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and managing suppliers
* Negotiating contracts and pricing
* Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in procurement/category management
* Relevant degree qualification (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Finance or Business)
* Professional Procurement Qualifications (e.g. CIPS/MCIPS)
* Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred
