What We're Looking For
* 10+ years' experience as a full‐stack software engineer (C# / React).
* Proven experience in a technical leadership or domain lead role
* Strong background in full-stack engineering with architectural exposure
* Broad capability across cloud, systems design, DevOps, and data platforms
* Comfortable switching between strategy, architecture, and hands‐on problem solving
* Strong understanding of delivery, sprint planning, and estimation
* Ability to balance technical quality with cost and business outcomes
Nice to Have
* Experience in data, analytics, or AI-driven products
* Exposure to industrial, operational, or asset-heavy environments
* Background in complex enterprise or transformation programs
