Key Responsibilities:
* Support and develop the nursing team through effective coaching, ensuring adherence to best practice standards and continuous quality improvement.
* Provide high-standard patient care through thorough assessments and care plans.
* Optimize coordination of patient care and clinical operations via effective decision-making and collaboration.
* Uphold and protect patients' rights and needs.
* Manage clinical procedures, documentation, administration, and communication professionally to required standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated senior experience, knowledge, and skills in patient care and enrolled nursing practices.
* Ability to effectively engage and develop enrolled nurses through authentic, situational coaching.
* Committed to ongoing learning to stay updated with legislation, policies, procedures, compliance, and clinical guidelines.
