Are you an experienced automotive sales professional ready for your next challenge? Polestar South Yarra is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Prestige Sales Consultants to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of automotive retail.
About the Role:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Polestar South Yarra, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for our innovative range of electric vehicles. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the Polestar experience from initial enquiry through to handover. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Proactively identifying and engaging potential customers, both in the showroom and through digital channels
* Building strong relationships with clients to deliver an outstanding customer journey
* Conducting test drives and presenting product features, benefits, and technology with expert knowledge
* Managing the sales process, including needs analysis, overcoming objections, maintaining accurate CRM records
* Delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and handover
* Collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve individual and dealership sales and customer satisfaction KPIs
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Polestar products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
About You:
* Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service
* Strong interest in electric vehicle technology and sustainable mobility
* Proactive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
* Current full driver's licence
