Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in WHS/OHS preferable. Alternatively, Bachelor' Degree in related discipline plus a Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS.
* Minimum of 4+ years' experience as a WHS Generalist.
* Strong knowledge and working experience of WHS Act.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including providing advice to managers and employees, and preparing reports for target audiences.
* Incident investigation training (ICAM, TapRooT, or similar qualification – desirable).
* Demonstrated experience developing practical WHS systems and procedures.
* Demonstrated experience in risk assessments and hazard identification.
* Demonstrated experience in incident investigation and reporting.
* Ability to plan and prioritise own work, to take responsibility and utilise initiative for delivering work activities and projects in an effective and timely manner.
* Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia.
