I am currently seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to join a leading national commercial builder and civil contractor. This role is based in the Northern Territory with flexibility for FIFO work to cover remote projects when needed (typically on a 3:1 roster). You'll work across large-scale commercial, civil, defence, and industrial projects, joining a supportive HSEQ team with exposure to high-profile and remote sites.
The Role
* Senior HSE Advisor based in the Northern Territory
* Support remote projects on a FIFO roster as required
* Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership
* Drive safety performance and contribute to a strong project pipeline
About You
* Proven experience as a Safety Advisor / Senior HSE Advisor across commercial and civil construction
* Experience on large-scale projects
* Confident working autonomously as the sole site safety representative
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Practical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
