FinXL is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Service & UX Designer to lead the creation of seamless, human-centered experiences. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business processes and user needs, mapping holistic journeys and facilitating design excellence across our digital ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure design recommendations are accessible, performant, and impactful.
Required Technical Expertise:
* Demonstrated extensive experience creating end-to-end user journey and experience maps across diverse products, processes, or services.
* Ability to run a user experience designer lab and provide mentorship/leadership within a design environment.
* Proven experience interpreting NPS (Net Promoter Score) or other customer satisfaction surveys to drive design improvements.
* Expertise in facilitating User-Centred Design (UCD) and Design Thinking workshops with diverse stakeholders.
* Solid experience working within an Agile delivery team to ship iterative design solutions.
* Ability to evaluate alternative design options and recommend solutions that balance performance, security, usability, and accessibility requirements.
Desirable Criteria:
* Recognised qualifications in UI/UX Design or an aligned tertiary specialisation.
* Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design practices, policies, and emerging technologies.
* A technical skill set that enables seamless work with various UI/UX applications and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Miro).
* Strong administrative and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise work and operate independently when required.
